Frank Teplin
Associate Director of Development
Arts and Humanities
University of California, San Diego
As Associate Director of Development, Frank Teplin will support and expand fundraising efforts for the UC San Diego Division of Arts and Humanities, and assist the Director with all Development plans and programs. He will focus his efforts on cultivating relationships and support for the department, engaging alumni with their alma mater, identifying individuals with an interest in the Arts and Humanities, and raising funds for the students, initiatives, research and programs within the Division.
Frank Teplin graduated UC San Diego in 1999 from the Division of Arts and Humanities, and is tremendously happy to be returning to work here. For the last eight years, Frank has worked in Communications at several arts organizations around San Diego, including the La Jolla Playhouse, the San Diego Symphony, and most recently, the Old Globe Theatre. He can also occasionally be seen on campus coaching the John Muir College improvisation team, Foosh. He also enjoys travel, board games and magic.
