Ways to Give
UCSD is poised for an exciting and unprecedented new phase of rapid growth and discovery — and you can help us achieve our mission in this new era. Gifts to UCSD Arts and Humanities benefit the nearly 3,500 undergraduates, graduate students, and faculty members who make up the Division, as well as our broader campus, the San Diego community, and the larger world. Even modest contributions, pooled with gifts from other friends of Arts and Humanities, can achieve big results – and begin a lifetime of philanthropy with impact. It's as easy as 1-2-3:
Step 1: Choose Your Area of Impact
•Fund a scholarship/fellowship to maintain student excellence
•Create an endowed chair to ensure outstanding faculty
•Provide funds for greatest need for unrestricted support
Step 2: Designate an Amount
You can make a difference with a gift of any amount, whether it's $50, $500, $5,000 or $5 million.
Step 3: Choose Your Philanthropic Tools
•Outright gift of cash
•Appreciated securities
•Annual Gift
•Pledge (a gift over time)
•Matching gift through your employer
•Or consider a planned gift
Matching Gifts
Matching gift programs can dramatically increase the impact of your gift to UC San Diego. Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and may double or triple any charitable contributions made by their employees ... click here to find out more.
